We’re looking to recruit a full time junior web developer to assist our team with a multitude of exciting projects. If you want to work with a variety of clients, help build excellent interactive experiences, and join a fantastic team in a welcoming environment, we’d like to hear from to you! Working from our creative studio in Bury St Edmunds you will join a friendly, established team of design and development experts. From local start-ups to multi-national conglomerates you will be working on a broad spectrum of innovative projects bringing your fresh perspective to the current process.
Your role will predominantly revolve around assisting the current team with small development jobs, so candidates must be fluent in handwriting HTML/CSS and a basic understanding of PHP would be very beneficial. You will also be required to migrate websites and domains from our development servers to our live servers.
A large part of the role will be training clients on their website’s administration panel, this will normally be on the WordPress or OpenCart platform. Whilst technical understanding of such software would be beneficial, guidance from the development team can be provided to the successful candidate. You will need to be motivated, confident and personable, with the ability to communicate well to those with varying levels of technical understanding.
The role is flexible, based on levels of experience and technical knowledge.
