Standout B2C Website of the Year

Our nomination for Standout B2C Website of the Year recognises the new website we created for Milton, a well-known baby hygiene brand.

The brief for this new website was to better align their digital presence to match their refreshed brand identity and engage with a younger, less familiar, audience. We designed a modern, user-friendly website that simplified product discovery and improved content accessibility.

A major focus was also on developing a centralised CMS, allowing multiple marketing teams to manage edits and updates easily. By consolidating three domains into one platform, we achieved exactly that – seeing branded search volume rise from 3,550 in January to 7,688 in July as a result.

The result? A contemporary, high-performing website that celebrates Milton’s heritage while appealing to a new generation of users.

Standout B2C SEO Campaign of the Year

The Milton campaign was such a standout, we had to put it forward not once, but twice!

We transformed a single under-optimised site into three high-performing, region-specific platforms within just six months. Our strategy combined technical SEO, hub and spoke content, and creative presentation, all built on the strong foundation of the website we’d previously designed.

Following launch, retailer clicks exceeded targets threefold, reaching 1,311 organic clicks and averaging 1.6 events per user. Managing multiple time zones and a complex domain migration made this a challenging but rewarding project – and one that has established a strong SEO foundation for long-term success.
