The Role
As a Junior Developer / Production Assistant at Logic, you’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, supporting the wider team across all aspects of client work. This is a great position for someone looking to get into the industry, offering plenty of support, opportunities for growth, and exposure to many areas of development including website creation and deployment, server management and more.
Reporting directly to the senior team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of client projects. Time will also be provided for additional learning and development, with access to courses, training materials, and support from other members of the team.

Experience
We’re more interested in the right attitude and aptitude than a specific career path. This role could suit someone starting their development career, someone with marketing experience, or someone from a project, admin, or client-facing role looking to move into marketing.
Nice to have but not essential:
- A qualification or degree in software development, computer science, information technology, or a related field would be beneficial.
- Previous work experience, placements, or internships in a development or IT environment would be an advantage.

Pay: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
