Streamlined Sitemap & Content Architecture

To make the large number of pages less overwhelming for the end user, we restructured the sitemap. We reduced the amount of pages whilst retaining the essential information customers require to make informed decisions. This improves the user journey by aligning with their customers’ intent.

As well as this, we reworked the homepage content to deliver this in a concise and easier to digest layout. Still utilising the content available, the information architecture is clear in the way it shows tangible outcomes, addresses customer challenges and tackles different pain points. This way, the solutions Glowcroft provide are more accessible to their customers.

Driving Engagement & Conversions

In order to reflect Glowcroft’s personal, consultative approach in their online presence, the conversion path of getting in touch with the team needed to be strong and clear. By implementing contact information in global spaces, their phone number, email address and contact form is readily available for ‘one-click’ contact by potential customers.

We also provided more guidance to the user throughout the site to ensure they take the next best action once they’re ready. Strategically placing call-to-actions on every page means they always have something engaging to drive them forward and get in touch with Glowcroft.
