With an outdated website design, the client required a complete design refresh to modernise the visuals and improve user engagement. To enhance their online presence even further, Greenlight were also looking for social media management for their Facebook and Instagram profiles. A content refresh was needed in order to improve user engagement, retention and journey. The user journey was unclear on their current site which impacted their enquiries, so this was another necessity for the project as well as the SEO campaign.

Our designers implemented a cleaner and more modern type of styling to the design which was consistent throughout. A restructured sitemap, on-page content hierarchy and stripped back text aided the user journey along with clearer call-to-actions. By rewriting in a more concise style, the website delivers information in digestible chunks so the user is able to easily find what they’re looking for. The call-to-actions direct the user along the conversion route which results in more enquiries; we’ve seen a 71% increase in users per day, growing from 6.4 per day to 11.

Also, their Domain Authority has increased by 8 points and 150 links have been built over their campaign. Continuous content optimisation and regular blog articles help to increase this also, along with the quality of these enquiries. After creating their Facebook and Instagram profiles from scratch, we have kept them both up to date regularly with on-brand content promoting their services and expertise.
